  • You are eligible for a refund if you have accessed no more than 7 days (or 7 modules) of the course content.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.

  • We track your progress via your student dashboard. If more than 7 modules have been unlocked or completed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

  • You will also be removed from any associated private communities (if applicable).

General Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Black Geko Media Ltd, trading as 21 Day UGC Creator / SarahLeverton.com ("we", "our", "us"), provides online courses, coaching, mentoring, and digital products subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Services”: Refers to the online courses, Bootcamps, mentoring, digital products, and other services provided by us.

  • “User”: Refers to any individual accessing or using our services.

  • “Website”: Refers to sarahleverton.com and any other websites operated by us.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Course Enrolment and Access

  • Enrolment: Users must complete the registration process to enrol in our courses, Bootcamps, or mentoring programmes. Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.

  • Access: Access is granted upon successful payment. Access to course or product materials will be provided for the duration communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment: All fees are payable in GBP and are due at the time of enrolment. Payments must be made through the payment methods specified on our website.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only available for the 21 Day UGC Creator course under the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee outlined above.

  • No refunds are available for:

    • Bootcamps (live group programmes)

    • Mentorship programmes (including Build the Dream Mentorship)

    • Digital products such as the Starter Kit, UGC Treasure Chest, templates, guides, and downloads

  • Payment Plans: Payment plans are a way to spread the cost of a product or service. They are not subscriptions and must be completed in full. Failure to complete payments may result in removal of access to products or services.

5a. Mentorship Support Guarantee

For the Build the Dream Mentorship Programme (or any other 1:1 mentoring service):

  • Mentorship enrolments are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Spaces are limited and booked in advance; for this reason, all payments are final.

  • Rescheduling of sessions is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed sessions without notice cannot be rearranged.

  • Ongoing Support Guarantee: If, after completing the 8-week programme in full, you do not feel you have gained a clear, personalised business plan and the confidence to execute it, Sarah will provide up to 2 months of additional support (via email check-ins or additional coaching sessions, at her discretion) at no extra charge.

  • This additional support must be completed within 2 months of the original programme end date and cannot be extended further.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with our services are owned by us or our licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Restrictions: Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to use our services in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, abuse, and any form of illegal activity.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimers: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
